🕒 TURNAROUND & POLICY

• After you submit the form and book your session, I complete all work within 72 hours after your scheduled session.
• Most people get their resume same day or next day, but I ask for up to 72 hours for quality.

Time Policy

You have a 5-minute grace period for your scheduled session. After 5 minutes, the session counts as missed.
Missed sessions get moved to the back of the waiting list.
If you miss a second session, you lose the sale pricing and must rebook at full price.
If you need to cancel, you MUST give at least 24-hour notice before your scheduled appointment:
- You’ll receive 25% back and a $25 credit toward a future revamp.
Cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows are treated as completed service.

⛑ The ONLY time you receive a full refund is if I personally fail to deliver within 72 hours after our session. If I don’t do my part, I refund you. Period.
